Preserving Mini Bell Peppers

Clearing out the garden left me with a couple handfuls of the dreaded mini bell peppers.  I know I have mentioned this before, but I will never buy these things again.  So much work has to be made in order to receive so little pepper!
 But since I hate seeing things go to waste, I decided to save them.
 First cut them in half to remove the seeds.
 Then diced them into little bitty bits.
Placed them in a plastic bag, and in the freezer they went.  Should be good in a chili this winter.
