1st Week of February

Monday:
Muenster Mac n Cheese with Spinach - Great website if you like gourmet mac n cheese

Tuesday:
Broccoli Dal from OhSheGlows - Spicy!

Wednesday:
The bf's "I want to make my own spaghetti " day, in which he didn't....so luckily I had just been to Time Too Savor because I had a LivingSocial coupon to use up.  At Time Too Savor, you go there and make your own meals to freeze and then make in the future.  Neat idea, but I don't like how many plastic bags and containers are used...it is also a bit pricey.  Another thing that I did not like was that they did not offer a single vegetarian meal.  Was cool to try out once though.

 Not many veggies in this meal.  Only chicken, rice and onions.

Thursday:
Wheat Berry and Bean Salad from OhSheGlows - Needs a better dressing..Tahini?!

Friday:
Spicy Zucchini and Mushroom Pizza from G-Spot - Note: do not use an entire can of jalapenos in place of 1..way too spicy...


RAW DESSERTS!

Raw Chocolate Peanut Butter Raisin Balls - BF loved these

Raw Brownies - Not great.  Maybe more dates would hold everything together better.

 Raw Apple Granola Bars - Dehydrated.  Very good!  Note from bf: Need chocolate next time.  Saved the juice to use in oatmeal throughout the week.
