Tuesday:
Barley Caper Salad from Making Love in the Kitchen
Cheese Stuffed Portobellos from Simply Life
Wednesday:
Goolosh
This is one of those family recipes where I can not explain where it came from. My mom makes it. I used up freezer tomatoes, from the garden, for this and realized that stewed tomatoes are different from plain old frozen fresh tomatoes.
Next time I make this, and have more appealing looking pictures, I will post the recipe.
Thursday:
Curried Fried Rice from Girli Chef
I was a lucky lady. The bf made this while I was at hot yoga :) As a side note, hot yoga with a belly ache = fail :(
Friday:
Gorgonzola Stuffed Crust Pizza with Caramelized Onions and Mushrooms
First time making a stuffed crust pizza. Used Gorgonzola cheese in the crust.
Topped with a spinach/garlic/red pepper/alfalfa sprout sauce, goat cheese, mushrooms and caramelized onions.
Baked for ~40 minutes.
Interesting, but good!
DESSERTS:
I came home from work Tuesday ready to make our raw valentines cake, only to find that the link to the Rawtarian website was not working. The website was down for 2 days :(
But I did get the chance to make the Rawtarians Chocolate Cookies. These guys were good! Using my dehydrator makes me feel sophisticated ;)
