There are BUNNIES Outside

We have visitors 5 feet outside our front door.  BUNNIES!  The mama bunny didn't really pick the best place with 2 large dogs living here, but the bunnies are still alive and are nursing under the mama bunny as I write this.  Here is a pic of one of them after the dogs got into their nest.
Cute little guy isn't it!

So, as for food this week, I attempted to choose easier meals because this week was hectic and ended in me being in a wedding yesterday.  Congrats Karla and Paul!!!!!!!!

Ever since we visited Namaste Flavors in Farmington for Indian food, I have been craving it.  The yummy sauces and spices..mmm...  This dish was alright.  What made it a "short cut" was using pre-canned Indian sauce.  It wasn't bad by any means, but I could tell the sauce wasn't homemade and fresh.

Cauliflower Rice Paella from Peas and Thank You
An interesting dish.  Not something I would make again.

Soba Noodles are 100% my new favorite noodle.  Can't get enough of them.  This salad was decent.  Liked the egg in it, but felt like it needed something else...maybe some nuts or seeds...

Taco Salad
Threw this together quick.  Salsa, homemade guac, lettuce, cheese, refried beans all thrown on top of a tortilla.

I'm thinking this next week will be all salads.  These high 80 degree temps are getting rough...Might have to cave and turn on the AC.
