Baked: Cheesy Bastille Day Beer Bread

I searched high and low for the cheeses for this bread.  Found the Pyreees, but not the Comté.  Substituted a gruyere for the Comté.

First recipe of the book to not use sugar!  This bread was beautiful.  The cheese on the bottom and top made an excellent presentation.  I'd say the cheeses are probably inter mix able and this bread would be perfect in the fall with a hearty chili.
