Baked: Chocolate Espresso Tapioca Pudding with Kahlua Whipped Cream

Oh chocolate and coffee,  how well you go together.  Let me also say this only took 30 minutes to make,  which was well needed after a day of turkey preparation!

I could not find the pearl Tapioca so I used some organic instant stuff.   It still had a lumpy consistency,  so I think I caught the intent of the recipe.  Quick and easy: a winner in my book.  Grandma whipped up a large vat of whipped cream for the pumpkin pie so I just used her's instead of making the Kahlua Whipped cream.  No harm done,  right :)
